How do I know you came by?
We send a notification before each visit so you know your yard is about to get cleaned.
What if my dog is in the yard?
For safety and efficiency, please have all dogs indoors during your scheduled visit—we’ll always give you a heads-up.
How does billing work
Billing is automatic and monthly, so you don't have to think about it.
What happens if my gate is locked or you cant access my yard?
Depending on the obstruction, if we’re unable to access your yard due to a locked gate or obstruction, the visit may still be counted. We recommend ensuring gates are unlocked and accessible on your service day to avoid missed cleanups.
